Narbis Edge turns a live physiological signal into something you can see without looking at anything. The lenses tint and clear in real time, in proportion to how close you are to your target, so the feedback reaches you while you read, work, study, exercise or play. This listing is the glasses only. The ear clip sensor is sold separately.
How it works
The lenses are electrochromic, not a shutter. Rather than switching between clear and dark, they move continuously across a tint range in proportion to your signal, so the feedback is a smooth gradient instead of an on or off cue.
Because the tint acts on all of your ambient and peripheral light rather than on one screen, you are not tied to a monitor. You can train with your eyes on whatever you are actually doing.
As your training improves, the lenses tint less. Once you hold above threshold the lens movement eases off until it is barely noticeable, so you can read your own progress without opening the app.
Three ways to use it
- Standalone, straight out of the box. Open the arms and the lenses begin a guided breathing program at six breaths per minute. Tint on the inhale, about four seconds. Clear on the exhale, about six seconds. Put them on for ten minutes and breathe. No phone, no sensor, no setup.
- With a heart rate sensor, for HRV biofeedback. Pair the Narbis ear clip (sold separately) or a Polar H10, Polar Verity Sense or COOSPO HW807, and the companion app personalizes the pace to your own resonance frequency. In Follow mode the lenses track your natural breathing rhythm from the heart signal instead of pacing you.
- For real time, screen free biofeedback. The Narbis app supports the Muse 2, Muse S and Muse Athena headbands, with adjustable frequency bands and sensor site. On the Athena it also supports fNIRS alongside EEG and HRV. Edge also works with our partner platforms, so the system you already run can drive the lenses directly.
Works with our partner platforms
Edge is built to act as the feedback layer for other neurofeedback and biofeedback systems. The partner platform does the signal processing it already does, and the glasses carry the feedback, so the client trains with their eyes up instead of watching a screen.

Please note: BrainMaster connectivity runs through the BrainMaster Edge Connector, which is BrainMaster software. Contact BrainMaster directly for connectivity, setup and support on their platform.
